Next the breathtaking new moon March 17 in Pisces, 27 degrees, will appear in your committed partnership sector. All new moons open a period of ten days of opportunity. I especially like the weekend of March 17-18 to wed. The Sun, new moon, and unconditionally loving Neptune will be found together in your marriage sector. (Love is found in the fifth house, but this month all the emphasis is on your seventh house of marriage. Single Virgos will have luck in love, but I will admit, this month strongly emphasizes to those who want to wed or to commit, or who are already married.)
If you are single or married (either), you have something special going on in your fifth house, too – Saturn is based there and is sending loving vibrations to Uranus, planet of surprise and excitement. This is an unusual collaboration of two planets – each one moves very slowly and is almost never within orb, but that is precisely what you have during most of 2018, until late August. Uranus may bring a surprise sum of money to you. Uranus might also bring memorable expressions of physical love from your partner, on a level you’ve never seen. If you are single and meet someone new, you will likely find enormously good chemistry between the two of you.
I could also justifiably say that you might be thinking about joining forces with a business partner instead, such as an agent, publicist, writing partner, stylist, business partner, or other collaborator. If that is true for you, and you are teaming up with a business person instead of in love, then this month Venus and Neptune, the full and new moon, as well as Mercury, will likely keep your focus on a creative goal you both share – and turn it into a blockbuster.
If your birthday falls on September 18, plus or minus five days, you will feel the energies of the full moon March 17 very much and benefit from it more than your Virgo friends born at other times of the month. The same is true if you have Virgo rising, or the moon in Virgo 27 degrees, plus or minus five degrees. I cannot say for sure, but you certainly have support from your partner, and that one aspect, Saturn in divine sync with Uranus, could be the reason things work out so well for you. Uranus rules your health-oriented sixth sector, and Saturn rules your house of baby as well as love. You have a lot of cosmic star power, dear Virgo.
Mercury will retrograde in Aries on March 22 until April 15, and mercury is your ruler, so you will feel the delays that Mercury brings as you get closer to March 22. Mercury will retrograde in your house of other people’s money, ruling taxes, inheritance, insurance, mortgage, refinanced mortgage, student loans, financial college aid, bank loans, lines of credit, credit cards, child support and so forth. You might see payments due to you held up, or if you are filling out forms, they may be sent back to you to fix errors. Go slowly and make sure your application or tax return has been done correctly.
Do not buy a computer, smart phone, kitchen appliance, car, or any other electronic or machine with moving parts while Mercury is retrograde. You would be best to buy your item in the first week of March, for as you get closer to Mercury retrograde on March 22, you will feel the slowdowns. (You will feel them as soon as March 14 or even earlier.) You will enjoy your product more if you act quickly in the first week of March, or wait until April 23, when Mars and Jupiter will be in sync.
The mood of the month will change at the very end. On March 31, a second full moon will come up, this time in Libra at 11 degrees. It is likely to be a difficult one, not only for you but also for everyone of every sign. For you, Virgo, this full moon will light your second house of personal finances, so something is coming to critical mass, forcing you to write a check. Saturn and Mars will be in very hard angle to both the Sun in Aries and the full moon in Libra – Saturn and Mars will be equidistant from both the Sun and moon, making it a stubborn aspect. There will be no avoiding what is being asked of you, and putting things off won’t be possible either.
It looks like you will have to come up with a sum, but I am not sure why. You seem to know what is coming (Uranus is not involved, so it’s not a surprise), but it seems not easy to pay. Saturn and Mars are both in your house of love and children, so perhaps you need to pay for lessons to help your child, to pay for your child’s camp or school, or to pay a doctor so you can have in vitro.
The Sun will be in your house of taxes, so instead of a refund, you may have to pay more than you anticipated. As you start to go through March, see if you can set up an emergency financial contingency plan, say, with a line of credit from your bank or a loan from your parents, just in case. Luckily, Pluto and Uranus will be friendly, suggesting big money types may be sympathetic and have an answer for you.
One last note: A sweet aspect involving a conjunction of Venus and Uranus on March 28 could bring news of money coming your way that you never anticipated. I don’t think it will be enough money to totally fix the full moon’s message to pay a sum, but it will help. Everything helps, right, dear Virgo?

Over the past three years, Saturn orbited your home and family sector, but finally left in December 2017, allowing you to enjoy your home life more fully. You may have been living frugally, to save for a down payment on a house, for example, or sacrificing money for yourself to benefit a family member.
No doubt something about your situation weighed on you. You might have faced the need to make a number of costly repairs, as one instance, or you may have been charged with the care of an elderly parent who needed your daily assistance while ill. No matter what responsibility you took on during 2015-2017, the condition will now change and improve noticeably, and your home life will become easier, lighter, and more enjoyable.
Mars will move to fellow earth-sign Capricorn from March 17 to May 15, and during that time, Mars will put you in the mood for fun, love, and leisure. Recently you have a new attitude about love, now that Saturn has moved into your love sector. If you are single, you are no longer willing to date casually, but rather you will look to see that the new person you are dating is interested in a long-term relationship rather than a casual fling. As a Virgo, you have never been that casual in love anyway, but now you are even more focused about what you want for yourself in the future.

Just prior to the March 31 full moon, on March 28, Venus and Uranus combine energies, possibly causing you to get a surprise shot of income, proof that your fears of running out of cash were unfounded. Just the opposite, very soon you will do well financially.
