Libra Forecast for September 2015

Sometimes in life nothing seems to change. Life can occasionally seem like a long road of responsibilities and challenges, with only a short burst here and there of fun or surprise, but not enough to change the overall look and feel of life. Dear Libra, you have gone through so much in recent years that if you were to feel this way, it would be understandable. Yet there are glimmerings happening in the heavens that will give you solid reason for hope, and although you won't see those dramatic, upbeat changes immediately, you will see them in full force in a year's time.
Indeed, in a year from now, you will enter into your finest year of your life, and all that you see now in tones of grey and black will turn to brilliant white. Of all the signs of the zodiac, you are due to have the most dramatic possibility for exciting life improvement. This will take time, and some effort from you, too, but even on that score, the universe will help you every step of the way.
Jupiter, planet of good fortune, happiness, the cornucopia of expansion, entered Virgo last month, a superb place for Jupiter to be to help you slow down and map out your future in detail. When Jupiter stages your coronation next year on September 9, 2016, to become the celestial favorite for a full year, you will rule the zodiac from September 6, 2016 until October 10, 2017. During that golden year, you will set the seeds in place for a completely new chapter of life. If you do your preparation, the new life you set in place, with the help of a loving universe, will suit you perfectly.
To get ready for such an important year requires deep thinking and preparation on your part. The work you need to do now - and if you ask, you will find that your Virgo friends did this last year - is to delete the elements of your life that are completely unsatisfying to you. Sometimes eliminating just one thing - a too small, dark apartment; a job that is leading nowhere; or a relationship that drains more than it comforts - is all you need to feel excited about life again. The universe will have plenty of goodies to offer you, on many fronts, but if your life remains overstuffed with obligations, arrangements, too many unfulfilling relationships, you won't have any room for all the thrilling new elements that are on the way to you next year.
A year from now, you will start to be offered opportunities that you never dreamed would come to you. At first you will be tempted to grab everything being offered and try to quickly stuff them into the trunk of your car. If you do, however, you won't be able to close the trunk, and some of the new items will fall out! (Just trying to be graphic, so you see my point!) You will need to be discerning, and that's where this year comes in - you will need to think about your priorities and where they stand now, at this point in time. Often we have a list of dreams, but as we become a little older, we shuffle the deck, or even let go of one or two goals that no longer seem to matter.
The emphasis on planning is very strong now, for Mars, the energy planet, will move into Virgo on September 24, to stay until November 12. This will usher in a subdued period for you, but happily, just in time for the year-end holidays, Mars will enter Libra November 12 and stay until January 3, 2016, making you a magnet at all the upcoming gatherings (and this will be true if you are a man or a woman). Focus on that year-end period, November 12 to January 3, 2016, as your time to launch your biggest initiatives of 2015. This period will favor you so enormously, you must get ready for it, and for now, do so behind closed doors.
The eclipse of September 12-13 in Virgo 20 degrees will further emphasize your need to closet yourself away from distracting people and hunker down on a project that requires concentration. It might be a manuscript, or a thesis, or a research project. It may be a creative project that needs tender loving care. Saturn will be very friendly to this new moon solar eclipse, so all that you achieve in the days and weeks following it will help to make you feel more secure and stable.
Pluto will be in wide degree but close enough to help too at eclipse time, suggesting you may be making changes in your domestic condition - moving, or putting up or tearing down walls. You seem to have this in mind, either for your present home, or a vacation home or other property you might own or rent. If you feel you've been continually delayed in instituting home-related plans, it may be exciting to know that Pluto has been retrograde since mid-April and will turn direct on September 25. Pluto is currently making a very long journey through your home and family sector, so it holds sway over your home-related plans. Now, as of September 25, you should see a big boost of energy to get those plans rolling now. Pluto also rules big money - the kind you might need if you want to buy a house or do an important home improvement plan - and so Pluto's turn direct would make it easier for you to get all the funding you need. Pluto will not turn retrograde until April 18, 2016, so you will have a wide open road and plenty of time to do your research and initiate actions.
Speaking about retrogrades, Mercury will be retrograde from September 17 to October 9, in Libra. Alas, we will all be subject to delays, but you perhaps more than most, as Mercury is orbiting in your sign. Avoid buying an electronic item, as Mercury rules the moving parts in all machines. Judgment tends to go off the rails when Mercury is retrograde, and even if the product you buy is a good one, it won't likely fulfill your needs later, and you will wonder why you bought it in the first place. Again, this is a sign that the universe is deliberately slowing down your schedule so that you can think about your future. Often we become so wound up with the daily details of life, it becomes almost an excuse not to plan for the future. Mercury this month will see to it that you do. Don't sign any paperwork this month - you'll only have to renegotiate it later. Sit tight - things are shifting and you need to see in which direction everything is going before you make a decision.
Switching gears, I was thinking about you and should admit that you do have one planet that might be giving you problems in one relationship - Uranus. It is currently in Aries, 20 degrees, but will retrograde back to 15 degrees, highlighting Libras born October 7 to October 16. (If your birthday falls prior to October 7, you already dealt with Uranus, and you are done.) Some of the Libras with birthdays that fall from October 7 to 16 may have unusual experiences regarding a partner coming up (or that already did come up), and because Uranus acts suddenly in ways we never expect, the effect can be jarring. The partner in question doesn't have to be a marriage partner, but alternatively a business partner, agent, representative, collaborator, lawyer, accountant - someone you trust (or trusted) and who works with you in a very close one-on-one way. If this person has not given you expected news, he or she may still do so. Or, this person may have acted out of character, or was subject to a life event that required (or will require) you to help in a big way.
The Libras mentioned, with birthdays that fall October 7 to 16, might alternatively have to watch their health, as they may be under unusual strain. If you have something wrong with your health that has been quietly latent, it may have recently come out, and you are wise to get medical attention to sort out options to feel better fast.
The month's second eclipse, September 27, will be in your opposite sign of Aries, 6 degrees, and this one will affect you more than the earlier, solar eclipse. This is a full moon eclipse and therefore will be more emotional in effect than the other one (which is a new moon). If your birthday falls on or near September 27, you will feel this one quite directly. It is a friendly eclipse, with a comforting beam from Saturn, the great stabilizer. Again, the matter of a relationship may come up and reach an important culmination point. So much of the outcome of an eclipse is always contingent on what has been happening all long, in weeks and months before, so think about how one relationship has been going.
If you have not been happy with someone in your life - whether someone in a committed romantic relationship or a business alliance - you may decide to pull apart and leave. Or, say, if it turns out to be a boss, the eclipse may "eclipse out" that person from your life - quite suddenly. However, this is a friendly eclipse, so if you do separate from someone (and I am not saying you will), you'd be feeling certain about your decision and not stressed out. (I do not mean to minimize a breakup - they are all difficult, but some are harder than others.) On the other hand, a relationship may crystalize at eclipse time, much sooner than you anticipated. Things can go either way.
Now for the fun part of the month! If you are still with me, you've come to the best part of my report. This month won't be all about pondering your future, improving your health, and thinking about one relationship. You will have fun too, especially with your friends, so let's look at that!
Until September 24, when Mars will enter Virgo, you will enjoy having Mars orbiting very close to Venus in divine-for-Libra Leo, in your house of friendship, from September 1 to 23. Venus and Mars will bring invitations for events that pamper you and bring fun. You won't have a social time like this again until mid-November through the end of the year, so make the most of it! Get out of the house, see friends, and allow yourself a few luxuries, such as a fine meal out with friends, as one of many possible examples.
You have two special social days to look forward to enjoying. First, September 8 brims with fun, for Mars will signal Uranus, so no matter what you think might happen, won't - something better will! A friend will be directly involved with putting a smile on your face.
Your best day of the month will be September 22, when Venus, your guardian planet, will stir up fun with Uranus, planet of surprise. Again, it's time to take off the hair shirt, and indulge in a little luxury.
Dear Libra, life is moving in the right direction, day by day. You will soon see this to be true!

Some eclipses in the past that have arrived in Libra and Aries have marked difficult periods for you (witness April 15 and October 8, 2014) but in comparison, this one may be downright easy to experience. Pluto will be quite helpful, indicating a new private life awaits you. You may move, or you may quickly decide to wed your long-term sweetheart. Saturn will be friendly, so your home or family related decisions will work out well now and in the coming years. Pluto is turning direct this month, another indication that your home life will soon become more to your liking. Mars rules Aries, the sign of the eclipse, and Mars will be orbiting near Jupiter, the planet of good fortune. This says that the final resolve of the matter on your mind at September's end should work out very much to your benefit.
If you are a single Libra, you will not feel the September 27 eclipse as strongly as those Libras who are seriously attached. If you are looking for love, a friend may bring you an exciting introduction to someone new on September 1. Venus, your ruler, will meet with her lover Mars, and together these joyful planets will create an evening filled with love and romance. It's an important date for all Libras, for this will be a rare pairing of two glamorous planets. Whether you are single or attached, design a magical evening that you both will long remember.
Venus has been retrograde since July 25, a weakened state for Venus, but will turn direct September 6. If at first you find you get mixed signals from someone special you meet on September 1, things should normalize in the weeks to come. Have faith that things will work out for you.
